I, like many, tumbled off the ferry M/V Tustumena
for my afternoon in Unalaska. Bobbie was there to greet me with a
warm 'hug' as its been a 4-year telephone/email penpal friendship
that was now putting a face to the voice. Mary Stephenson ~ Kodiak, Alaska I enjoyed your site. I was a fisherman up their on the F/V Alaska Voyager several years ago and I was amazed at the size and power of the Bald Eagle's that are there. We have eagles near were I am from and they are not as large. I would love to return on a leisure trip. But that place is a place of hard work and sometimes despair. Our vessel was almost taken by the Bering Sea my last trip out and I vowed to not return. Thanks, Mike Mike McCulley ~ Eureka, CA I came for the history and I learned a lot. I wasn't expecting the awesome beauty of the area. This was one of the best tours I've had in Alaska and this was my 5th trip to your state. I hope I can return to The Aleutian Islands some day. I will send pictures if you want me too. Thank you so much. The Happy Traveler, --Mary-- Mary ~ Carrollton, TX Bobbi, Nice site. Was telling some friends today about the island and all its extremes, and encouraging them to go see it. I was looking for info for them and ran across your site. Good luck in your tour business. Kay Deffendall ~ Clarksville, TN We are looking forward to our visit May 10. I lived in Adak in 1964-1966, and am anxious to get back to the islands, am curious to see if it is like Adak, which I would also like to go back and see one day. Becky Moyer ~ Frederick, MD Beautiful site, Bobbie. Peat recommended it. I loved the photo outside of Humpy Cove & what a magnificent shot of Makushin! Ray Ray Hudson ~ Middlebury, Vermont Love your website, keep up the good work. Get some more scenery pictures on. Love, Mom Mom ~ Yachats, Oregon
